I discovered hypnosis years ago when I was a smoker with unhealthy eating habits, realizing that I could not stop on my own, after trying many times, always starting Monday! I really wanted on a conscious level to stop smoking and stop overeating and to take better care of myself, not realizing on a subconsciously I was feeling release from the unhealthy habitual intake, thinking it was making me feel better, maybe for a few moments, and after I felt worse. Now guilty of not taking care of myself, would do it more and more.
Hypnosis helped me years ago and is helping me today to be in a state of mind of calmness, and control , I have always had a passion to help others to have access to a healthy lifestyle.
