I discovered yoga 21 yrs. ago
I knew in my heart and soul I needed to change the fast-paced corporate competitive life I was tied to for 15 yrs. I took up my studies and certification course,in 1997,when a colleague mentioned how teaching yoga had changed her life, I went onto study with and observe some of the worlds best yoga and fitness instructors, becoming a yoga teacher and studio owner in 1998, I have been able to share my passion of yoga retreat travel , along with Italy, I have facilitated local retreats and in Costa Rica and Tulum Mexico too.
