As your yoga instructor and facilitator. I am dedicated and experienced in the teachings of the ancient tradition of the hatha yoga practice, serving you to create a space where you can be at peace, seek solace, embrace non judgment, and connect with true self, with time for self reflection, and even a little “Chow, Chow”,( Italian Dance)
My retreats are designed to be a sanctuary where you can participate at your own pace, all levels of fitness and ages welcome. I would be honored to have you join me and my group of like minded non- competitive yogi’s. Some who are joining us only for the ambiance, restorative sound bowls and energy healing practice, and not partaking in the physical yoga classes, but I am experienced in modifying all classes for you if need be. I knew in my heart and soul I needed to change the fast-paced corporate competitive life I was tied to for 15 yrs. I took up my studies and certification course in 1998,when a colleague mentioned how teaching yoga had changed her life, I went onto study with and observe some of the worlds best yoga and fitness instructors, becoming a yoga teacher and studio owner in 1998, I have been able to share my passion of yoga retreat travel, along with Tuscany , I have facilitated retreats locally and abroad for over 20 yrs.
